4680 Cell Manufacturing

- Designed electrical system for Temperature Calibration Tray within rapid 2-week time-frame for use in Gigafactory Texas.

- Saved estimated >$31 million battery scrap.

- PCB development within 48 hours. Base firmware development within 24 hours.

- Validated performance with Python data analytics using Keysight DAQ, thermocouples, Python, C++, Windows Batch scripts.

- Isolated and fixed ESD failures in Voltage Reference Cabinet for Gigafactory Texas. Validated SMD rework with ESD gun.

- Performed tests to characterize magnets for Cell Picker. Used data analytics in Python to direct engineering decisions.

NASA Johnson Space Center

Propulsion & Power Division

- Developed the end-user over-voltage surge protector for Gateway lunar space station.

- Designed analog circuitry, PCB, validated in LTspice, and ensured electrical compliance with NASA requirements.

- Plans for radiation-hardened design to fly on future Artemis missions for Gateway.
